Pickleball open gyms kicking off
Dec 14, 2018 -- Posted by :The Hillsboro Recreation District is starting open gyms for pickleball Tuesdays and Thursdays from January through April at the Hillsboro Armory.
Individuals and groups can sign up for the following time slots: 6 to 7 a.m., 7 to 8 a.m., 8 to 9 a.m., 6 to 7 p.m., 7 to 8 p.m. and 8 to 9 p.m.
Each time slot can include a maximum of 16 players and two courts will be available for use.
You can bring your own equipment, but balls and paddles also will be available at the armory.
The cost is $50 per person for Hillsboro residents and $100 per person for out-of-town residents. The fee includes two one-hour reservations per week.
