HBA considering business index for new residents

Hillsboro Business Association members meeting this week agreed to discuss creating an index of HBA members, hoping new residents will find the listing useful when moving here.
Hopefully, people new to Hillsboro will use the listing as a resource instead of searching for how to contact businesses in town, said Paul Geray of Paul’s Hometown Repair.
“This should help alleviate those questions,” said Geray, who insists not everyone lives on the internet.
“At least I don’t,” he joked.
The listing would include the business name, telephone number and possibly addresses.
“It’s not a big deal, but I think people new to town will find it useful,” Geray said.
